Our fee structure is very simple and we like to be clear about the costs from the outset. We charge a fixed fee from £245 per self-assessment tax return with no VAT or any other hidden charges on top. For more complex items of work not listed below, we will be able to provide you with a fixed fee quote in advance of any work being carried out.
We charge £245 per tax return for a single property.
If you own a property in joint names then we will charge an additional £122 for the second person's tax return.
If you own 2 or more properties then we charge £60 for each additional property owned up to a maximum of 5 properties, or £485. If you own more than 5 rental properties then please contact us for a competitive fixed quote.
£245 per tax return completed. This will not include income from a rental property which will carry an additional charge, usually £60. This fee will include a review of your pension's annual allowance.
A disposals of assets requires a Capital Gains tax return to be filed to HMRC. Our a fixed fee of £385 for a CGT return will apply.
