Our fee structure is very simple; we like to be clear about the costs from the outset. We charge a fixed fee from £310 per self-assessment tax return with no VAT or any other hidden charges on top.
For other items of work not listed below we either provide you with a fixed fee quote in advance of any work being carried out, or otherwise clearly communicate if our hourly rate for ad hoc advice would apply.
We charge £310 per tax return for a single rental property located in the UK.
We offer a 50% fee discount to the second person if you own a property jointly; we offer a reduced rate of £155 for the second person's tax return.
If you own 2 or more UK based properties then we charge £100 for each additional property owned up to a maximum of 5 properties, or £710. If you own more than 5 rental properties then please contact us for a competitive fixed quote.
Non-resident’s tax returns start from £370 for one rental property.
We offer a 50% fee discount to the second person if you own a property jointly; we offer a reduced rate of £185 for the second person's tax return.

A disposal of a UK property requires a separate Capital Gains tax return to be filed to HMRC. Our fixed fee of £500 for a CGT return will apply. We offer a 50% fee discount to the second person if you owned a property jointly.
We will speak to you to understand your brief and requirements in detail and try to offer you a fixed fee price which is quoted in advance. If this is not possible for any reason then we will estimate how many hours we anticipate an item of work to take, our current hourly rate is £210.
A one-off fee of £15 per person will apply to cover our client ID set up costs.
